2006 Bedford Stars Team Football Skills Camp
The Bedford Stars Team Football Skills Camp is an annual Chambers Sports Foundation community event held July 1, 2006 at Bedford Bearcat Stadium in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. There were approximately 240 high school student-athletes in attendence for the event. The students were taught advanced offensive and defensive fundamentals by NFL mentors, professional trainers, and skilled coaches. The participants tested their new learned skills in the afternoon seven on seven passing competition and the top two teams from Ladonia High School (Columbus, Ohio) and Shaw High School (Cleveland, Ohio) were awarded with the Chambers Sports Foundation Community Achievement trophy. In addition, individual awards were given for outstanding plays made throughout the day.
